Our hiring process

Our interviews are about teaching you about Relevize. Each hiring process may vary depending on the role but below is an example of what to expect.

Leadership

Your chance to meet someone from the leadership team so they can learn more about you, and you can learn more about the history of Relevize.

Team lead

A meeting with your future boss where you can tell them about your past experiences and learn more about upcoming goals and initiatives.

Challenge

We compensate you to work on a short project (yes, we pay you for 5 hours of your time) and then you'll present your work to a group of Relevize employees.

Group team interview

Meeting people in your department is important for you, and for them, so you'll have a group discussion with a few of the people you will work closest with.

Cross team interview

We are big on cross team collaboration so we want you to meet—and get to know—some team members across the wider team.
