By participating in the Relevize Partner Referral Program (the "Program"), you ("Referrer") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Who can participate
The Program is open to individuals and businesses that work with vendors who could use Relevize. Referrers must be 18+ and legally able to receive payment. Relevize employees, contractors, and their immediate households are not eligible.

2. What counts as a qualifying referral
A qualifying referral is a net-new vendor that:
(a) is not already a Relevize customer, and
(b) is not already in an active sales conversation with Relevize at the time you register them (see Section 3), and
(c) you have registered with Relevize in writing before anyone else does.

If two Referrers register the same vendor, credit goes to the first written registration Relevize receives.

3. How to register a referral
You can register a referral two ways:

• Warm intro: email an introduction to your Relevize contact and CC CEO Mike Nardella (mike@relevize.com).
• Name submission: give Relevize the vendor's name and contact details and we'll take it from there. You still get full credit.

A referral is officially registered only when Relevize sends you a confirmation email. That email is the official record — it states the vendor you referred, the date of registration, and confirms the vendor was net-new and eligible. Verbal mentions, including names discussed on a call, are not registrations until submitted in writing and confirmed.

A registered referral remains valid for 180 days. If the referred vendor has not made their first payment on Relevize within that window, the registration expires and the vendor becomes available for referral again.

4. When you earn the reward
You earn the reward when your referred vendor makes their first partner payment on the Relevize platform. "First payment" means the first completed payout of any type (MDF, SPIFF, rebate, reimbursement, or card issuance) executed by that vendor through Relevize. Sign-up, trial, or account creation alone does not qualify.

5. The reward
You'll receive $1,000 USD per qualifying referral, with no limit on the number of referrals you can earn. Rewards are delivered as a prepaid Visa gift card within 30 days of the qualifying first payment. The card may be subject to its own issuer terms.

6. What doesn't qualify
The following are not eligible for a reward: self-referrals; vendors that are already Relevize customers or already in an active Relevize sales process at time of registration; referrals registered after another Referrer has already registered the same vendor; vendors that sign up but never make a first payment; and any referral Relevize reasonably determines to involve fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program.

7. Taxes
Rewards may be taxable. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. Where required, Relevize will request tax documentation (e.g., a completed W-9) before issuing payment and may report rewards to tax authorities (in the US, rewards of $600+ in a year may be reported on a 1099).

8. Changes to the Program
Relevize may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time. Referrals registered and confirmed before a change will be honored under the terms in effect at registration.

9. General
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash-equivalent substitution except as stated. Relevize's decisions on eligibility and rewards are final. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Questions: support@relevize.com.
